Thirty five years with the same attorney

Mack Ed Swindle became our companies's corporate attorney in 1979. He has been crucial in the business development of our companies, which began with one company employing 2 people in Granbury, Texas in 1978. Today our affiliated companies employe 507 people in the Health Information Technology ...industry, in Fort Worth Texas. We also have 108 developers in India and 35 developers in Guadalajara, Mexico. Our companies service over 10,000 chain and independent pharmacies with software, data and billing services in all 50 states. Rx.com Community Healthcare Network operates 2 active-active data centers, which house over 100,000,000 uniquely identified patients and all of their clinical and billing data for all of the pharmacies with which we have contracts, in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas . Mack Ed Swindle has authored every contract that we have negotiated since 1979. Additionally he has hired multiple other attorneys in many specialties over the years. Mack Ed has also handled every litigation for us, including one that went to the U.S. Supreme Court. Every lawsuit has been settled beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Mack Ed, as well as his talented partners. Ken Founder and Chairman of the Board, National Health Systems Rx.com Community Healthcare Network

"I have known Mack Ed since 2001 and worked with him in a number of matters. I have not known a more skilled, effective, and ethical litigation attorney in my 31 years of practice. He is also a good friend to those who know him. His various outside interests, including music and magic, attest to his keenness of mind, a keenness which he brings to bear with powerful effect on behalf of his clients. In particular, I have the highest regard for his quick and penetrating legal judgment and strategic insight. Corporate and individual clients highly value his sound counsel. His highly distinguished career includes Baylor Law Review, double board certification, and founding partner of Whitaker Chalk Swindle & Schwartz, PLLC. If I needed legal guidance in a matter of great importance, I would see Mack Ed."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
