Leslie M. Darby focuses her practice on brand management, including the procurement, protection, enforcement, and management of domestic and international trademark rights. She routinely conducts trademark clearance searches, prepares and prosecutes trademark applications, and manages trademark registrations in more than 35 countries. Ms. Darby also helps clients recover domain names from unauthorized users.  Ms. Darby has a 100% success rate in domain name dispute cases handled through Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings (UDRP). In addition to trademark issues, she also counsels clients on copyright, sweepstakes, and promotional law issues. She also has experience drafting various intellectual property agreements and manufacturing agreements.
