Jamshyd “Jim” M. Zadeh, Esq. is president and owner of the Law Office of Jim Zadeh, P.C. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Zadeh has more than 30 years of litigation experience.

Prior to launching his own practice, Zadeh was an associate and partner with the Fort Worth firm Bourland, Kirkman, Seidler & Evans, L.L.P. for eight years. He began his career as an associate with the well-known Texas firm Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, L.L.P.

A Michigan native, Zadeh earned a double degree in Mathematics and Economics and Business Administration from Kalamazoo College in Michigan in 1985. He later received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Southern Methodist University in 1988. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Mississippi and he is active in professional organizations, including:

When not practicing law, Zadeh enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, Ann, and their two children, Michael and Kyle. He is a lifetime soccer player with fifteen years of coaching experience. In fact, Zadeh has coached at the highest level in Texas and is a former president of the Fort Worth United Soccer Club. He also enjoys sprint triathlons.

First Impression was Outstanding

I came in for consult.I was very impressed with Mr Zadehs style of seemingly effortlesss ,proffessional style of engagement and sincere concern about my case.His knowledge of the law and guidance as to options to assist me .....even though litigation was not the answer......validated not only m...y concerns but empowered me to be able tackle a very large law enforcement bureacratic agency in such a clever and diplomatic way so as to force a safer workplace policy for other employees that could save lives down the line make a positive and safer enviroment for Law enforcement personell and the people they serve.

Awesome Attorney, Down to Earth and Understanding!!

I needed help reviewing with a non-compete agreement that I signed with a company to which I am no longer employed by and Mr. Zadeh was very knowledgeable and very imforming of the situation and topic at hand. I had spoken with a few other attorneys and only Mr. Zadeh gave me the opportunity to come ...in and have a 1 on 1 conversation, not over the phone. He was very reassuring with his opinion and gave me very solid advice what to do from here. Great service!!!

No one really wants be in a position of having to engage the services of an attorney but sometimes unavoidable things happen in life. As a plaintiff in a very complicated and notable case, my attorney Jim Zadeh (along with co-counsel Greg Jackson) represented me with the greatest amount of care and e...xcellence anyone could ask for, always looking out for my best interests. I feel that they took the time to get to know me and expertly addressed all of my concerns throughout the process.
