1 million times over, hiring Ian and his team was the BEST decision! Within 3 days of hiring them, they had already gone to the court, the prosecutor, and gotten a conditional dismissal…in other words, if I took an online class, it would be dismissed. I did the class, same day as I was told about i...t, and the next day, they sent it to the court. By the time the weekend was over, I was getting a message saying the judge signed off on it and case was dismissed. I had NO IDEA this could be so painless and FAST! I also had no idea buying a vape pen in a legal state, but being caught with it in Texas would get me a FELONY CHARGE. As a person is NOT a criminal, and works hard every day, takes care of her family, and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends-ie: I’m a normal everyday woman…I never thought I could be given a felony charge for 1. A plant…and 2. The way they weigh it, battery and all, made it look like I had Huge amounts on me when it was just a cartridge. Be aware folks. But if you do get in a jam…these are the guys to have behind you. Before I ever even went to court for the first time, they had the case completely dismissed. So thankful. So grateful. Now, we need to figure out how to make sure this doesn’t happen to any other hard working, family loving, moms, dads, Texans. THIS, is NOT, what those laws are for. I understand keeping meth, heroin, cocaine…etc…off the streets, but marijuana?? I digress… Ian and his team did exactly what they said they would. And at a fast pace…they did not drag their feet, and they were awesome commentators, telling me what I needed to know QUICK!
