Great first impression but no follow through!

Crystal Sieber took my case after her subordinate Karen Baylor mishandled my case. Because of this we started out on the wrong foot but Crystal was very polite and professional. She smoothed everything over very nicely. We were making offers to opposing counsel and I typed up some documents for her a...nd helped her any way I could to get the job done well. When the respondent refused to cooperate, agree with anything and demanded mediation she began to become aggressive and angry toward me. After reprimanding me for several minutes I was in tears and begged her to tell me what she wanted from me. He would only agree to me returning to the marriage or leaving homeless and with less than I came into the marriage with so what did she want me to do? She said it wasn't my fault and filed a motion to stop him but didn't do it correctly. She didn't send me a notice the Judge refused to hear the motion because of her error until a week after his ruling. When I fired her it took her a week to file the motion to withdraw after I contacted CAAP. She never let me see the motion and it took calling CAAP to get my paperwork they were supposed to send within 30 days. When I finally received the paperwork two days before court I finally read her motion to withdraw. One paragraph said I no longer wanted their services and the next paragraph said I was not aware they were removing themselves. They also certified that they had sent me a copy of the paperwork which they did not. The actual order they had the Judge sign had the same two lies in it and made it sound as if she was removing herself against my will rather than at my request. I ended up representing myself in a contested divorce after working with Marx, Altman and Johnson for a year.
