Carol Bowling Jackson

Not quite sure who represented 8 felonies because I have the letter to prove that Carol Bowling Jackson was disbarred early 2012. She is not able to practice law in any way and I promise you that if she is, I will find out and I will report her to the State Bar of Texas. What a joke!!! DO NOT trus...t this woman.

A friend of mine had referred Mrs. Jackson to me for representation in my divorce case. After months, March 2010 to July 2010, of preparing and awaiting mediation I learn that she has taken a buy out from my ex husband and his atty to "lose" my file. I filed a greivance August 2010 and month later ...received a letter from State Bar of Texas stating after reveiw of my Greivance filed that the information provided alleges Professional Misconduct. Her (Constable) husband signed for the same certified letter 9/21/10 in which gave her 30 days to reply. She never replied. They sent her another letter 12/24/10 giving her another 30 days to reply. She never replied. They served her papers on 1/27/11 (not from her husband) giving her until 2/16/11 to reply. She never replied. It is now 9/9/11 and next month this is supposed to be near an end where her sanctions are placed upon her. My ex husband stated verbatim "Are you talking about what happened between my atty and your atty? It's because I thought she was paying your bills." NO BILLS OF MINE WERE EVER PAID OR EVEN DISCUSSED!!!!! and he knows it. I had to retain another atty and pay another 2K on top of the $2,500 I had already paid her in advance. What Mr. Brown did to me was awful but he is sick in the head claiming to be terminally ill when he is not terminal just to get out of being married. I am better off without him BUT what Mrs. Carol Bowling Jackson did to me was horrific as I hired her to represent me and she took an oath as an atty that I thought was supposed to mean something. It left me absolutely devastated as I trusted her and I am still not over it financially, physically or mentally.
