Michael S. Carnahan

Michael S. Carnahan is a partner and one of the founders of Carnahan Thomas. He graduated from the University of Texas with both his undergraduate and law degrees. Since being licensed in 1983, Mike has actively worked in the State of Texas. He practiced from 1983 to 2003 at one of Dallas’ oldest firms. In 2003, Mr. Carnahan formed Carnahan Thomas with Jason Thomas. He has actively taken on clients from all over the state, and has several practice areas he specializes in.

Carnahan Thomas’ mission to their clients is top-notch representation at affordable costs. Mr. Carnahan’s dedication has led him in the law field. He has been a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2006, and has tried over 100 cases to a jury during his legal career so far.

Mr. Carnahan’s practice areas include civil litigation including contract disputes, business disputes, personal injury litigation, professional liability, premises liability, insurance bad faith, toxic tort/black mold litigation, auto liability, products liability and other general negligence litigation. He is currently a member of several organizations, and stays active within the legal community.
