Update: As of November 2021, after many years of hard work and dedication as a prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney, I am retiring from criminal defense practice.
As a former prosecutor and presently a criminal defense attorney, I have spent almost two decades in the courtroom and litigated thousands of Misdemeanor, Felony, and Juvenile criminal cases, including Murder, Child Sex Crimes, DWI, Assault, Robbery, Theft, Narcotics offenses, among others. Losing is simply not an option. You need someone who will fight for you. Your concerns are my concerns. Your issues are my issues. I'll guide you through tough times and fight for your rights and interests. I'm passionate about my cases and clients and will represent you with determination, professionalism, and class. My rates are always a fixed or flat fee. Hourly firms sell hours, not results.
