I was going through a divorce and I hired Mr. Quinones to help in court and negotiating with visitation and child support. I knew it would take a while to finalize this with a child but i didn't expect it to take over a year. He didn't want to file first so i lost the upper hand that way. And then, when we set the temporary decree, he told me not to speak unless directly spoken to but he didn't defend me in any way. My ex was able to get way more visitation than i wanted to give and he only had to pay $250 a month in child support. I wanted both of those things changed but he wouldn't listen to me. A year later, a final decree was sent and most of it was the same. Later, my ex changed several things on the decree right before I signed and I asked him to reply to have them changed back. He sent me a copy of the email he sent and told his lawyer that i was ok with the changes. That was not true. He finally talked me into signing the decree anyways and now it's something i have to deal with forever.
