Biography
David L. Pritchard represents creditors and lenders, providing quality legal representation to protect your rights in recovering collateral and unpaid accounts. David has been representing creditors for over forty years and he understands how to get the best results in a difficult situation. You will get an upfront game plan of what to expect and what it will cost. Most of our services are provided on a flat fee basis, so you can set a budget for each file and avoid throwing good money after bad money. Information can be exchanged in a manner that meets your needs and keeps you up to date on what is happening in each case.
The last several years David has been Chairman of the Tarrant Bankruptcy Bar Association
David has been married to Martha for over 30 years and they have two daughters. Family is a very important part of his life in which he enjoys spending time with his family doing various activities. WE are expecting a grand baby very soon.
David fishes regularly and enjoys quail hunting with his bird-dogs. Generally if there is water involved David is ready to go play. David and his brother are regularly boat poor, but always ready to look at a good deal on another boat.
David has been active at his children’s schools, including an eight year run as a board of director for the Butler Dad’s Club. David and Martha are regulars all the school events and out activities of their children. David and his family are active at his chuch.
