Great lawyer!

Mr. Scalise took on a felony drug possession case for me. I have never been in trouble before so this whole process was new to me. Mr. Scalise was so good about keeping me informed and letting me know all of my available options and the potential outcomes. I was very happy with the services he provid...ed and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a criminal attorney!

Leading Counselor in Tarrant

Mr. Scalise took on my DWI case and came out guns blazing. Him and his partner were thorough with their argument, comprehensive with their logic and exhaustive with their efforts. If you need a lawyer in the DFW area, this is your guy. I did extensive research, especially with the pricing of attorney...'s, and Mr. Scalise addressed and tended to this discussion first and foremost making me feel entirely comfortable and satisfied with my decision of hiring him. All smiles over here.

Great Lawyer!

I have used Brad on multiple occasions, and he's been an absolute lifesaver everytime. You don't just feel like a number, he takes the time to get to know you and really takes personal interest in every case that he takes. Any time that I have had a question regarding my case, he has also been really... easy to get in touch with. I will definitely use him for any further legal issues that I may have, and recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer

CPS CASE

Mr. Scalise was hired to represent my daughter in a CPS Case. Claims that is what he specialized in. He charged me a lot of money and never filed a motion, nor did he do anything that was asked of him. Very bad attorney. I have numerous emails proving this.

We disagreed on the strategy that was employed in one of your daughter's cases but I promise that I did the very best job that I could in both of the cases in which you hired me. I'm very sorry that we ended on bad terms and I wish nothing but the best for you and your daughter.
