Top Notch CPS Attorney...Handled Case Quickly!

Brad and Gina were AMAZING! When I called his office I was in a state of panic after a frivolous CPS charge was filed against me and I was being bombarded with phone calls from a CPS caseworker. Gina was super sweet and was able to calm my nerves quite a bit! Brad was very thorough in his communic...ation with me regarding my case and he kept me in the loop with updates. Anytime I had a question he was quick with responses. It took less than a month to close my case when many of these cases can be drawn out for months and months. I would highly recommend the Scalise Law Firm to anyone searching for an attorney or seeking legal advice.

Best Attorney Ever

Brad Scalise was amazing, he was very prompt and he got what I needed done in a timely manner. He was able to get my CPS case closed and was very affordable. He did everything that was asked and he always contacted me with updates on my case. He was excellent and I would definitely refer him to peop...le in the future who need help with any type of case, he did what he needed to for me and he would do the same for you.

Best family attorney!

When my husband I contacted Brad, after we had signed a safety plan via CPS. We were very unaware that you can have representation. Brad and Ann Marie made it very clear to us that we could have representation, and that they would work diligently(which they did) to close the matter. Within 3 weeks th...e investigation/case was closed. Do not be intimidated by safety plans/CPS hire Brad, you'll never regret it!

CPS CASE

Mr. Scalise was hired to represent my daughter in a CPS Case. Claims that is what he specialized in. He charged me a lot of money and never filed a motion, nor did he do anything that was asked of him. Very bad attorney. I have numerous emails proving this.

Leila, I have said this many times before and I will be happy to say it again. It was never my intention nor my motivation for you to be displeased with my legal representation. We disagreed on the strategy that was employed in one of your daughter's cases but I promise that I did the very best job that I could in both of the cases in which you hired me. I'm very sorry that we ended on bad terms and I wish nothing but the best for you and your daughter.
