Ticket Woes Be Gone
It's never a pleasant experience to get a traffic ticket and the damage it can do to your driving record is concerning. Mr. Scalise and his staff were knowledgeable, confident and professional about the steps I should take for the best possible resolution. I would hire his firm with 100% confidence...

Very detailed.
Brad has been a big help with my first and only DWI case. He has walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and more importantly has been very patient with me when I'm sure I have been a nervous mess.

CPS CASE
Mr. Scalise was hired to represent my daughter in a CPS Case. Claims that is what he specialized in. He charged me a lot of money and never filed a motion, nor did he do anything that was asked of him. Very bad attorney. I have numerous emails proving this.
Leila, I have said this many times before and I will be happy to say it again. It was never my intention nor my motivation for you to be displeased with my legal representation. We disagreed on the strategy that was employed in one of your daughter's cases but I promise that I did the very best job that I could in both of the cases in which you hired me. I'm very sorry that we ended on bad terms and I wish nothing but the best for you and your daughter.
