Best in town

We contacted the Scalise firm with questions we didn’t have the answers to an they gave us excellent counsel. Told us the step we needed to take and most importantly what not to do to make the process go smooth and quick. They really know there stuff I would recommend them to anyone tangled in CPS ca...se.

Amazing Impressive Lawyer!

Brad Scalise Esq. is a Great lawyer. He came through for me and my family. He acknowledged and actually listened to my concerns and did Everything to help me. He prevailed! He made everything right,& closed the case impressively! His Legal Assistant Anne Marie is also very helpful with a humanitaria...n spirit and very professional as well. I Thank you!!

Ticket Woes Be Gone

It's never a pleasant experience to get a traffic ticket and the damage it can do to your driving record is concerning. Mr. Scalise and his staff were knowledgeable, confident and professional about the steps I should take for the best possible resolution. I would hire his firm with 100% confidence... in any case.

Very detailed.

Brad has been a big help with my first and only DWI case. He has walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and more importantly has been very patient with me when I'm sure I have been a nervous mess.

CPS CASE

Mr. Scalise was hired to represent my daughter in a CPS Case. Claims that is what he specialized in. He charged me a lot of money and never filed a motion, nor did he do anything that was asked of him. Very bad attorney. I have numerous emails proving this.

We disagreed on the strategy that was employed in one of your daughter's cases but I promise that I did the very best job that I could in both of the cases in which you hired me. I'm very sorry that we ended on bad terms and I wish nothing but the best for you and your daughter.
