Brad and Gina were AMAZING! When I called his office I was in a state of panic after a frivolous CPS charge was filed against me and I was being bombarded with phone calls from a CPS caseworker. Gina was super sweet and was able to calm my nerves quite a bit! Brad was very thorough in his communic...ation with me regarding my case and he kept me in the loop with updates. Anytime I had a question he was quick with responses. It took less than a month to close my case when many of these cases can be drawn out for months and months. Brad did an excellent job protecting my family from unjust accusations and harassment from CPS. My family will always be grateful for the hard work Brad did to close our case. He kept us updated on everything and was always available to answer questions. I finally feel safe again now that there isn't... an organization trying to rip my family into pieces after making more and more outrageous demands based upon no actual evidence of abuse/neglect. Did not do anything for my case expect make a phone call at witch he tells me they didnt get back to him. I got the case closed by myself and he wants to take 850$ saying he did what he was supposed to. NO YOU DIDNT. IMA CONTACT THE STATE BAR AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. He cant even send me th...e so called work he did witch i em entitled to.

Brad Scalise was amazing, he was very prompt and he got what I needed done in a timely manner. He was able to get my CPS case closed and was very affordable. Well my review is mainly about the paralegal that helped me, her name is Ann Marie Todd. She was so great! Living in Houston it made it a bit frustrated and hard to get this fixed, but when I found this lawyers office spoke with Ann Marie she gave me the exact answers I needed to hear. From the begi...nning to the end she was great! She got my issue fixed fast and anytime i called she always was so helpful and always made it a point to follow up with anything I needed that exact day! I didn't have to move a finger! I can honestly say that she made this process so smooth. I'm really grateful with her!
