Tim is an amazing atttorney. We hired him to help a friend who had been coerced into pleading guilty out of fear and lack of understanding, to an felony offense that he didn't commit. Tim was passionate, determined, committed. He planned for every possible outcome with thoroughness, never leaving any...thing to chance. Consequently he preempted every move made by the prosecution. He was approachable and supportive throughout without over-promising at any stage. He also gave us a clear understanding of the costs we would incur up front and in fact because we eventually did not have to go to trial, we did not end up paying the full amount. He never nickel and dimed us with hourly charges or administrative fees.
