Stephen Douglas Ralph

As the founding attorney of Ralph Law Group, P.C., Stephen D. Ralph brings robust experience and a client-centered approach to representing individuals and businesses in tax, business, and estate planning matters. Stephen’s legal foundation includes service as a Judicial Law Clerk to the New Mexico Supreme Court and as a Senior Trial Attorney prosecuting complex cases at the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office. He went on to handle national trial litigation as a Senior Attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, specializing in large business and international tax matters. He earned his BA in Economics and JD from the University of New Mexico, an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis. Stephen is admitted to practice in Texas, New Mexico, the U.S. Tax Court, and multiple federal courts. He is active in the American Bar Association, Rotary International, and is a Distinguished Toastmaster. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Stephen enjoys travel, rock climbing, community service, and spending time with his Great Dane, Max.
