Biography
My practice is dedicated largely to providing clients with the estate planning counsel and documents they need in order to feel secure about the future. I thoroughly enjoy sitting down with clients and getting to know them in order to determine their particular needs.
Probate is also part of my practice. When clients call to tell me a loved one has passed away, and they do not know where to turn, I am privileged to try to bring comfort to them and assure them that they need not fear the probate process.
Having previously been associated with a law firm specializing in nonprofit law, I have had numerous business clients and have set up many corporations, for-profit and nonprofit, LLC's, and other entities.
I am licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, having been sworn in on January 14, 2002.

VERY FAST 501C3 APPROVAL
I needed to secure non-profit status for my l and had heard that it can be difficult to be approved on the first try. Often, paperwork is sent back to be redone. However, Peggy Fallin did the work for my 501c3, and we were approved on the first try!
