I was abused for 31 years from a narcissist who left me for not wearing a bra while doing yard work, no one ever questioning his insanity! I myself have been seeing a psychiatrist for two years before this incident because I wanted to know if he was crazy or if I was crazy! I came to Paul after repr...esented myself 2 times in court. Paul speaks extremely slow but very quick to cut you off to tell you the LAW! He told me that he was there for ME. He told me things in the original meeting that convinced me to use him. He gladly took my money and put ME to work. I spent a week filling out all his forms to the details, really stressing me out but he was going to help ME! Had a meeting over the phone before court, and he had some great ideas, but Day of court he became a different person! I told him what I wanted and all he seemed to care about was the old lady lawyer and my ex. He Told me nope can’t do that! Many times over. BUT when he Told me that HE DIDN’T know important things about my case, I got so angry at him! Due to my angry looking face, he decided he was now a psychiatrist and told me I wasn’t in the right state of mind mentally! Like most men do when women get angry. I now realize I hired a narcissist, lawyer! I told him I wanted to go to court that day, but he insisted that we needed to close this that day! He Intimidated me (I was afraid he was gonna get me locked up for being crazy!) into agreeing with him and the ex! I got stuck with all of the marital and business bills, leaving me a failed company with tons of debt and still giving him half of the company tools, that I’m paying for! I paid him $2252.50 for ME to do all the work and for him not to know my case, spending only a couple of hours in court! My ex-husband had two lawyers for the price of one that day! I even complained directly to him in an email and like a narcissist, he still thinks he’s a psychiatrist telling me that I need to get help because I’m angry. This man cannot handle women that cry, get mad and have emotions. I don’t need a lawyer/psychiatrist thank you! Ladies do not use this lawyer, If you want to come out ahead! Paul will give you the impression that he’s there to help you but he is a LIAR! He did not help me. He helped my ex-husband screw me over!

This guy had terrible advice for my case, did not know the law, which would have been very useful in my situation. During our Zoom hearing with an uncaring and equally lazy judge, Mr. Daly also did not advocate for me at all, was not paying attention, and was totally indifferent to the outcome. Any... time I had legitimate questions about his performance, he wrote lengthy emails to me defending himself, but did not invest half of that effort in defending me in my case, or even making my case to the judge on a fraudulent claim of unpaid child support. (The OAG ended up garnishing over $10k that I never owed and never got back.) His usual answer for confronting obvious lies and nonsense was something along the lines of a shrug and, "eh, that's just the way things work". In my opinion, at $500 per hour, a lawyer should know what the heck they are talking about, and should spend that hour doing research and assembling a solid case for their client's situation to present to the judge, not just shrugging off the status quo and defending their laziness to their clients, while charging them for the pleasure.

A lawyer who was afraid of the judge in the courtroom. A guy who did nothing but bill for services that were not needed. A lawyer who would not defend me in the courtroom, he would just sit there and listen to the opposing attorney and not cross examine. I would give him a lower rating but one star i...s as low as this goes.
