Junk service, Childish resopnse, Waste of money

Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The service is a complete waste of money and time. My complaints about terrible communication and lack of effort, were met with an email from this child blaming ME for the issues (They got my email wrong, texted me about it with a message that literal...ly said "can not receive responses" and then blamed ME for not texting it back!) If you get a ticket do anything other than hire this guy. He will do nothing for you, but he's be happy to take your money and blame you for not knowing better than to give it to him

I received a toll tag ticket. I don’t even drive till tag my husband drive it but I received the ticket.

I called Mr Byno they got it dismissed. He is perfect if you like respond thru email, If not he isn’t the lawyer for you. Thanks

Need a 0 star

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had several unpaid traffic tickets holding my license from being renewed. I hired an attorney in Houston and he had them all fixed within 1 month- for great prices and I received NO convictions. I had a ticket in Ferris and he for some reason referred me to Jack By...no- they never explained any of the process to me and then two days after my supposed court date they tell me to send them a money order for the full ticket amoint. Why would I have paid them $150 to receive the same outcome. I could have just called and paid the ticket to the court months ago and renewed my license. Read the other reviews when you search his name. I made a huge mistake and didn’t not review before I paid him! Helped with nothing- terrible

terrible service

The service provided outside of legal casework is awful. There's no good way to contact anyone at the office to get information on your case. You can fill out an email worksheet but I wasn't contacted, for months. When I did call I was hung up on after stating "this is the worst service I've received... from a law office". On call back, same person answered and immediately began berating me for the interruption before hanging up again. I've never had such neglectful if not rude service from a law office. There are much better offices out there for lower costs.

this is a very horrible sorry and awful law firm i hired them and i ended up having to pay more money and they will wait it out and if you have any tickets its best to go else where because they will only take your money and you end paying more
