Miracle worker! Knowledgeable, Swift and Genuine!

William Mason is an amazing attorney to work with! He worked with my husband on settling a case that was made difficult when my husband failed to complete the mandatory classes he agreed to in court in the time frame he was given. We relocated due to financial issues and he ended up missing a court... date which made matters worse! Next thing we know, there’s a warrant out on him. This was devastating, especially before the holidays. We were all stressed and my husband didn’t know what he was going to do. Mr. Mason was contacted and we thank God for all his help! Mr. Mason worked on my husband’s case IMMEDIATELY! The warrant was withdrawn and his case was dismissed! This man works hard and swift! He takes his clients seriously and is fair with his fees. We didn’t have to wait long for him to work everything out for us and now we have peace of mind knowing we don’t have legal troubles hanging over our heads. Thank you so much Mr. Mason this is the greatest gift ever!!

Truly has a heart to help people

I brought a case for my 18 year old son to Mr. Mason for a consultation. My son has Asperger's and had gotten arrested for spitting on a Police Officer, which is a felony charge. Mr. Mason called me 2 times and spoke with me about steps I could take to get the charges against my son dropped. Each pho...ne call lasted 45 minutes to an hour. He listened to everything I told him and offered extremely valuable advice for me to take in this manner. He then had me come to his office and spent 2 hours gathering more information and explaining the best course of action for a stating point. I asked him in both phone calls and while in his office how muvh would.he require to take this case. He generously said he wanted me to follow the steps he suggested and if I could not get the charges dropped, we would then discuss payment amounts. Mr. Mason is a criminal lawyer, and as such, gets the very high profile cases. I knew it would cost a considerable amount to take the case. I followed his instruments exactly as he had explained to me. My son has many issues and already stuggles functioning in society. Jail was not where he needed to be. I am so blessed to say that with his guidance we did get all the charges dismissed. Mr. Mason received no monetary benefit for all his help. His heart was dedicated to helping my son because he chose to, without personal gain. I would recommend Mr. Mason to anyone needing a lawyer that cares about you as person and will stand up for you for the best possible outcome.

There for you. Does what he says he will. Truly cares!

Looking for a great Lawyer? Stop your search here. Made the best out of a horrible situation. Was extremely informative, Did not make false promises. Kept me updated on the progress at the end of every week day and even some weekend when he was off the clock. Seemed to truly care about our situation ...and worked his butt off to make sure we got the result we wanted. I would choose this lawyer again and again for any problem that might arise. Fairly priced, very professional, very accommodating, and truly cared about our case. Do not look any further if you need a lawyer in the Cleburne area. This is hands down your best option to have someone on your side. Seemed to not be in for the money at all, but for truth, justice, and getting the best outcome possible. Very Impressed by his prompt response and action to every detail.

An Excellent Choice for Anyone Needing Legal Counsel in the Criminal Courts in Johnson County!

Mr. Mason was asked to step in at the last minute, right before my probation violation hearing and he did a excellent job. At that time I was expecting to go to overnights and take a substance abuse class. Instead I ended up staying locked up for an additional five months, during which he spent hours... on the phone, writing letters, and even coming to see me face to face on more than one occasion. Trying to find out why I was still being held, and then to represent me in a second appearance at the court. All this being done even though he made a incredibly low fee from the court, as a court appointed attorney. I have never had or seen another attorney do so much for so little. His experience and caring about my situation became evident early on, thus I would highly recommend Mr. Mason for anyone needing to retain legal counsel in any criminal matter in Johnson county. I was very impressed, and I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

Trusted him and he betrayed my trust

I hired Bill Mason a couple of years ago after getting a referral from a court employee (yeah- that was my first mistake : asking anyone in Johnson County for advice). I paid him 1500 dollars. He fought to get me to accept a plea which I did not want to do. He threatened me and told me that if I did ...not accept the plea, that he would require 2000 dollars more from me and would drop my case then and there if I didn't pay. He is a JERK. Works for the prosecutor, if you ask me. Even admitted to socializing with them. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. HE IS NOT TRusTWORTHY.

"I endorse this lawyer. Having worked around Bill Mason in the same community for many years, I can say without hesitation that he is the best trial lawyer that I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He is highly esteemed and admired by his fellow attorneys, who frequently seek him out for advice and counsel on complex legal issues and questions concerning trial strategy. I have seen Bill Mason try many complex criminal cases to juries, and his knowledge and skill in the courtroom always astounds me. In my opinion, you won't find an attorney who is more competent, more knowledgeable, more ethical, and more experienced as Attorney Bill Mason."
