Great attorney

Mr. Mason was able to get my daughter's father the best dill for his criminal charges he was also very helpful and helping me figure out what I needed to do with charges from other counties and to make sure that my loved one was aware of what was going on while he was incarcerated

The attorney you need in Johnson County.

I found Bill Mason to be a very thorough, intelligent and personable attorney. During a very difficult time in my life, he was there to explain my options to me and fight for my rights, for me. He is also very well connected in Johnson County. Which is a great benefit considering how political the... justice system in the county is. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Mason is an excellent attorney

Mr. Mason is an excellent attorney. He recently assisted my husband with a legal issue he has in Johnson County and thanks to Mr. Mason, my husband Brian was able to get a fair resolution which I am very pleased with. Mr. Mason was respectful, patient and communicated with me throughout the day o...f my husband's court date and hearing (which honestly helped calm me down as well). I would highly recommend Mr. Mason as an attorney.

Truly has a heart to help people

I brought a case for my 18 year old son to Mr. Mason for a consultation. My son has Asperger's and had gotten arrested for spitting on a Police Officer, which is a felony charge. Mr. Mason called me 2 times and spoke with me about steps I could take to get the charges against my son dropped. Each pho...ne call lasted 45 minutes to an hour. He listened to everything I told him and offered extremely valuable advice for me to take in this manner. He then had me come to his office and spent 2 hours gathering more information and explaining the best course of action for a stating point. I asked him in both phone calls and while in his office how muvh would.he require to take this case. He generously said he wanted me to follow the steps he suggested and if I could not get the charges dropped, we would then discuss payment amounts. Mr. Mason is a criminal lawyer, and as such, gets the very high profile cases. I knew it would cost a considerable amount to take the case. I followed his instruments exactly as he had explained to me. My son has many issues and already stuggles functioning in society. Jail was not where he needed to be. I am so blessed to say that with his guidance we did get all the charges dismissed. Mr. Mason received no monetary benefit for all his help. His heart was dedicated to helping my son because he chose to, without personal gain. I would recommend Mr. Mason to anyone needing a lawyer that cares about you as person and will stand up for you for the best possible outcome.

"I endorse this lawyer. Having worked around Bill Mason in the same community for many years, I can say without hesitation that he is the best trial lawyer that I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He is highly esteemed and admired by his fellow attorneys, who frequently seek him out for advice and counsel on complex legal issues and questions concerning trial strategy. I have seen Bill Mason try many complex criminal cases to juries, and his knowledge and skill in the courtroom always astounds me. In my opinion, you won't find an attorney who is more competent, more knowledgeable, more ethical, and more experienced as Attorney Bill Mason."
