I can't say enough great things about the team at Brian Hargrove Law Office. Brian and Michaela are amazing. What started off as a Nightmare of a wreck has led to my medical bills taken care of and a settlement for my pain and suffering. The team set up my rehab, help me make sure I was physical...ly recovering and checked in. One thing I will say is understand this is a process. It does not happen overnight. Or within months. My case settled almost 22 months after my wreck. Don't settle for the loud guys on TV or the radio. Go with Brian that will call you personally and not treat u as another case. I began working with Brian based on a referral from a colleague. My case took almost 5 years to settle, the wheels of justice do move slowly and patience with the system is so important. Brian gave me the expected course of the way that the law works on the first visit and so that helped greatly k...nowing the process. We met off and on over the years did deposition prep on a Saturday for my convenience. I felt I was very well prepared for the deposition which was intimidating process. It went well and in the end we settled and Brian was able to get right at 15 times the amount of the original settlement offer. It is a learning process and I think eye opening about how humans behave sometimes but I felt like Brian was very skilled in managing my case and was able to anticipate things and be proactive in building my case. Most especially we never veered from the truth. The truth was the most important thing to me and Brian was adamant about moving through this whole thing because we had only to tell the truth.

I was involved in an one car collision, and I was riding passenger, so I was not driving. My injuries were very severe and I had a ton of medical bills piling up. My 17 yr old daughter was involved in a car wreck that caused further injury to her back. The person responsible had questionable circumstances due to no driver's license or other identification, the car he was driving was not registered to him or was his name the same as the last name of the car ow...ner, no insurance, and he was allowed to drive away from the scene with only citations issued. It was later determined that the owner of the car did have insurance, but it was "high risk" insurance and they would not return my initial calls. Mr. Hargrove was referred to us with the recommendation that he would protect my daughter's interests as we sorted out her injuries. Mr. Hargrove did exactly that. He was able to obtain an initial settlement from the insurance company but he continued to work on the case and was able to obtain a second settlement, which was totally unexpected. My daughter had to have back surgery and the injury was the major contributing factor in her not being able to play college basketball (she was enrolled in a Div-III school and on the team but was never able to participate due to the injury). The settlements will allow her to obtain her college degree with no, or little, debt. Mr. Hargrove never pushed us to be misleading, to bend any facts, or to "enhance" any claims. I would recommend Mr. Hargrove to anyone needing good, honest legal representation.
