A former US Dept. of Labor Investigator who conducted civil and criminal investigations related to Title I of ERISA, PPACA, and its amendments.
A trial attorney, who is most passionate about Labor and Employment issues with an emphasis on ERISA (employee benefits law). Additionally, I practice in Civil Rights, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. My firm represents both individuals and businesses.
My practice further consists of representing businesses to ensure compliance with ERISA regulations, government investigations, and any related white collar criminal cases that may result from ERISA non-compliance.
