Our case dragged on for months and months. We had to keep asking them and prodded them to do their job (and we got billed for every phone called, even when the only reason we called was because they were not working on our case). The excessive fees were only part of the problem. They would make up excuses why they had not done anything. Additionally, Karen was ill-prepared when it came to our court date as well.
