I hired Desaray Muma as my attorney for a child custody case. Desaray has made this process a little easier for me because dealing with a child custody is very hard and stressful and she has guided me through everything and still is, she answers any questions or concerns I may have very quickly. Most... lawyers will take all your money and not even care about your case. Desaray is not like that, she always keeps me updated with everything and continues to work hard. I recommend her.

Ms. Desaray has been appointed as the attorney for each child I've had for the last 5 years. She has been responsible for removing 5 newborn children with no physical abuse or neglect to support claims of immediate danger using my criminal background as a way to say my babies are in immediate danger... when there's never been an incident where neither parent was taken to jail for any abuse. Taking our children based on concerns and us not participating in CPS'contact for your child that they call a service plan. We have been judged and not afforded due process. We did not understand what was going on then,and the same reasons have been used to take our children year after year,sometimes at the hospital doing an investigation claiming drugs abuse through tampered drug test creating a drug history so that CPS can keep getting our children.The DA Desaray Muma is using my background that has nothing to do with children never had a case that should keep me away from my child also using my mhmr participation as a way to discredit my ability to care for my child and past drug issues are made to look as if they still exist from over 30 years ago. CPS has been getting exposed but people are not looking at the DA's or the judges for their part in these legal kidnappings and the attorneys the state provide only want to get you to cooperate with them not challenging any motions or providing information about ways to get your children back. If you meet their criteria they will use different tactics to get your child and with the courts and law enforcement on their side who are they going to believe me or CPS, and they know this and without family support it's no way you can get your children back to a system that depends on taking children to be compensated so as the have the child government funding begins. Desaray Muma knows how to manipulate the system very well. She wears her disguise well and knows how to make the system go along with her theories and concerns of abuse and neglect that's not actually happening and for the judge to sign as if my past criminal background is immediate danger to my children when there's no record of me ever hurting anyone of the 5 children that have been adopted out and CPS and it's associates receive a bonus for their participation from the state this is big business but they have crossed the line in most of these case with the fake drug test and invalid court orders. It's taken me awhile to figure out what's been happening. They know I can't hire decent legal help and am giving a court appointed lawyer who believes you've done everything they say you've done and begin making you cooperate with whatever they say and all this when you've done nothing to your child These people like Desaray Muma is very good with words and has assassinated my character to a judge who doesn't acknowledge me as a human being let alone a dad. I'm trying to expose what is happening in my experience. This has been going on too long. This should not be happening in America
