Divorce litigation and related matters including property characterization; property division; and fiduciary litigation between spouses. Alternative dispute resolution of family matters is also considered as an important practice area of family law and divorce litigation since the value of using ADR methods to resolve this type of litigation provides a cost effective benefit to the client.
