Justin Chance Smith grew up around Bridgeport, Texas where dust, gravel, and eighteen wheelers were commonplace. Through college he worked for a trucking company in Bridgeport where he quickly learned how easy it was for a driver to lose their livelihood over a traffic violation. Chance received his undergraduate degree from Texas Wesleyan University in Business Administration. He then went on to graduate with his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan School of Law. Chance runs a law practice devoted to making sure commercial drivers and regular drivers receive fair legal representation. Chance wants drivers to know they have many options available and that getting a ticket doesn't have to mean losing your job or automatic higher insurance premiums. Additionally, Mr. Smith handles occupational licenses, class c misdemeanors, and other minor criminal defense matters.
