I've only dealt with m Mich ael b from this law firm and have found him to be the best. Due to my husband's health, we had fallen way behind on our house payments. I met with Michael and he was very nice and compassionate. He stopped my mortgage company from taking our home away. Since the filing... of my case, he has helped me every step of the way and has not let me down. He understands the issues I have been going through. I recommend him to anybody that needs his help!

This was my 3rd time using David S Kohm & Associates and I have always dealt with Michael Berryman every time. I tell you; he Michael Berryman is my go-to person and has done an exceptional job at doing my Bankruptcy Case. He always returned my calls and was very upfront with me regarding my creditor...s. Today he called me to let me know my Case was Discharged, he didn't have to do that. I was so excited to get all that bad debt off my back. Thanks to Michael Berryman I have a new lease on life and can start my life over. I highly recommend this Law Office - just know that they Know Exactly What They Are Doing they have done Law for many years and that's why they were my choice. I hope I have helped someone that has concerns.

There really isn't any way possible to explain how blessed I am to have Tommy Carter as my attorney. .He truly is an amazing attorney that knows how to represent someone in a difficult situation as myself , wow!!.. Tommy Carter had my divorce case completely opened back up when I thought it was impo...ssible... it really brings tears to my eyes and is amazing what he did, and very humbly as well. Worst Law Firm I have ever worked with. They are liars and hustlers. They sent a Mexican man to prey on my mother and I at Accident and Injury Chiropractor, when their staff is all white and could care less about me. After 3.5 years and being made a higher offer, the case was still unsettled and they... made me believe the case was worth less than it was actually worth with their word play (hustlers) until today, when they made me accept $3,000 as I said that was the lowest I'll accept (when they assured me it could be a higher amount) and they kept $9,200 for themselves. $9,200 and I'm the client. Its not right, they don't care and are not there to help or support you... only to take a large portion of your funds and do minimal, horrible work, that they call you several times to get the same info as they are incompetent and a terrible law firm. Stephanie was rude and lied to me today as she knows the amount can be made right, thats the lowest I agreed to, not what I agreed to. They tricked me and acted as it was business. I recommend you stay far away from these people. You will regret allowing them to hustlers you too. I wanted to drop them immediately, but my mother was their client too, so I hesitated, BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
