I graduated from University of Texas in Austin with honors. I went to law school at Baylor University and graduated number three in my class. I worked for a large law firm until I decided that criminal law was my passion. I worked for the Tarrant County District Attorney for almost eight years. I rose up the ranks to court chief and also served as chief of the juvenile section. In 1999, I left the district attorney's office and opened my own practice. I do 100% criminal law defense. I help people who have been charged with everything from a DWI to capital murder. I have been involved in many cases in which the government is seeking the death penalty. This is a job to me in that it is how I pay my bills - but, I am blessed to get to have a job that I love. I passionately help people who are scared of what may happen to them because the government has charged them with a crime. I work out deals when that is the appropriate thing to do and I fight the government when they have it wrong. If you want a lawyer who will listen and be straight up with you, give me a call. I have 25 years experience and I will help you in your time of need.
