I hired this firm in a whim because I was getting out of the town on the week I was served and needed to appear in court. They first charged me a rate that was much higher than the rate quoted over the phone. I didn't have much other choice so I hired them to file a continuance. When they handled my ...case, they couldn't get the information on paper correctly. I had to personally review all papers they filed and found multiple typos and errors. Not professional. And after I told them that I want to terminate the representation, they charged me the time for her to file the withdrawn paperwork when I told them that no action from them is needed. it's clear that all they do is to charge you as much as they can.
