Nathan Louis Levenson

Nathan Levenson is an Associate Attorney at Warren Rhoades LLP. located in Arlington, Texas. Nathan focuses his practice on primarily on intellectual property prosecution and litigation; specifically, patent, copyright and trademark prosecution and litigation.

Nathan has represented clients in patent, trademark, and copyright disputes in a variety of federal district courts, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Nathan also helps his clients identify, evaluate, and enforce their intellectual property assets. Nathan was recognized by Thomson Reuters in Texas Monthly for 2020 and 2021 as a Rising Star in the area of Intellectual Property – signifying a high degree of peer recognition and achievement.

Nathan’s experience spans a variety of industries, including telecommunications, computer hardware and software,oil and gas, consumer products, multi-level marketing and entertainment. He hasassisted clients in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including conducting pre-suit investigations and analyses of intellectual property infringement; participating in the development and review of pretrial discovery; conducting and defending depositions; resolving discovery disputes; drafting dispositive and pretrial motions; and participating in pre-trial hearings and mediations.

Nathan received his J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Texas Christian University. During law school, Nathan was a staff member of the Texas A&M Law Review as well as a member of the Oil & Gas Survey Committee. He also served as a summer judicial extern for the Honorable Paul A. Bonin Judge, for the Louisiana Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit.
