I'm disappointed highly in the way he doesn't communicate with you and let you know what's going on. He lies to you and tells you he will be there to see your loved one but never shows. Tells you bond amounts have been raised to ungodly amts. But jail says bond amts the same. Very nerve racking to sa...y the least. Idk bout if your paying him but if he's court appointed he don't care bout you enough to defend your rights and treat you like you matter.

During the 9 months preceeding my request for termination of his services Mr Cooper repeatedly choose not to use the voluminous information provide on his request and ins...tead used generic information and erroneous references in the preparation of every document. I lost all confidence on his ability to prepare and represent my interests for a fair distribution of assets pre and post marriage date.
