Jeremy Smith Willis

I got a call from Donna about a negative review that Jeremy got. I read the reviews and all my friends and I hire Jeremy and none of us have any complaints. I think someone is trying to hurt his business because everyone I know thinks Jeremy does a great job. Jeremy and Becky are really aggressive... and they make a lot of enemies in cases. I know my ex wife hates him but she should have hired him before me if she didn't want him on the other side.

I had been referred to Jeremy by several of my friends and went to see him when my husband filed for divorce. I felt at home in his office and it was clear from the beginning that he ran a well organized office. His staff was very friendly and clearly competent. The divorce involved almost two yea...rs of my life. In the end, I felt like I was part of his office because I was helping to organize a large volume of documents from my husband's businesses on a weekly basis. In the two years I saw Jeremy and Becky work hard on cases for a lot of people who expected more than they could pay. I know that I had the money to pay for two years of a divorce, but I could not believe the way clients would come in and demand things that they could not afford. After seeing people behave in court so badly and then seeing the way people came to his office, I don't see how Jeremy, Becky, or anyone else can handle that type of business. I never saw anyone in his office be anything but professional and have more respect for him now than I did when we first met.

I HIRED JEREMY WILLIS EARLIER THIS YEAR TO HANDLE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE AN EASY, OR AT LEAST AGREEABLE DIVORCE WITH MY HUSBAND. WHEN MY HUSBAND BECAME UNCOOPERATIVE AND BEGAN TO TRY AND CONTROL THE SITUATION, JEREMY WAS RIGHT THERE TO TAKE CHARGE AND GET ME THE RESULTS I WANTED. ALL OF MY CA...LLS WERE ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY AND HIS LEGAL ASSISTANT, BECKY, WAS ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEEDED TO TALK. I'VE NEVER HAD AN ATTORNEY CARE THIS MUCH ABOUT ME AND MY SITUATION. Jeremy Willis is an amazing family law attorney. He handled my divorce about a year ago and if I had to do it again, I would definitely choose him again. He was responsive to my questions and concerns and always made sure I understood what to expect. He was honest with me about sensitive issues su...ch as the distribution of property. Mr. Willis is a busy trial attorney and spends a great deal of time in court but still manages to see his clients even if it's early morning or after work hours. He was good about returning my calls even when the only information he could give me was that he was waiting to hear from opposing counsel. I highly recommend Mr. Willis.

Jeremy has been representing me for over a year in an extremely nasty divorce/custody battle, and he continues to do so.
