Facing a divorce is a difficult experience; even more when children are involved. Mr. Willis and his legal secretary Ms. White have been with me every step of the way. They have represented me through two court hearings and have fought for the safety of me and my children through some dire circumstan...ces. They are patient with me, answer my many questions, and address my concerns along the way. I am thankful for their representation and kindness.

Rarely calls or returns calls. Can't be reached because he is in meeting "with client" Missed scheduled appointments because he is in meeting "with the judge" He missed the first court date and made me sign papers I thought was postponing the date ...not sure what I signed. Then he advised me that... my court date was on the wrong day. Good thing I checked with the court or I would have been a day late. I wonder if he did that on purpose? Explained a deal then 15 minutes later in court it was nothing like he said...what happened??? Will never find out because he ran out of court so fast he never explained anything. Fast talker, always in a rush ..no time for you once you have paid him.

In dispute with my spouse, I hired this attorney to provide legal instruction to best protect myself. I became aware that Jeremy Willis consistently advised filing orders and actions that utilized my children as pawns to gain leverage against my spouse. Jeremy's unethical tactics complicated, incre...ased costs and created emotional suffering for my children and family. Creating amicable collaboration is not a goal for him. As if that not bad enough, he is not thorough, mostly unavailable, cancels or does not appear for meetings and shows up at the last minute without taking time to prepare an adequate client/attorney position.

I hired Mr. Willis for a "easy" custody case which turned out to be more complicated than I thought. Mr. Willis & his staff were amazing!!! Start to finish custody was finished in @ 2 months!! They walked me through the process, kept me informed & even made sure I was comfortable in the courtroom. Th...ey are kind, thoughtful & uniquely gifted at what they do!!! We weren't just a case to them....we were a family they treated with patience, kindness, understanding & professional courtesy!!!
