Respectfully acknowledged

I didn't realize how busy Attorney Caldwell was and my family felt I should retain a backup Attorney. Since I was under financial duress I took their advice and sought out the best. My main choice was an ex Judge, but she was unavailable, because her husband was ill and she was not able to take on an...y more cases, She recommended me to an ex district attorney who had gone into private practice. I did my research and found out he was one of the best and I called my family and told him what the deal was and they say okay okay call him and hire him. I called him and explain my situation I asked him about my attorney or I believe he asked me who is my attorney was and once I told him attorney Gene Caldwell, this ex prosecutor well known told me that he could not do no better than Gene Caldwell. That's how good he is. Since then I have recommended him to a lot of people everyone has been satisfied.

Dismissed Felony

Mr. Caldwell represented me on a felony case i was charged Nacogdoches Tx, I was blessed with him being court appointed to me. After going to court a few times Mr. Caldwell came to me and said im going to talk to the DA and get this case thrown out. I was so greatful and surprised. I know im not supp...osed to admit this but to prove my case he had my case thrown out and im not bragging also not proud of it, but i was guilty as sin

Excellant Lawyer

Mr. Caldwell not only has been a respectful person but he has been a person I can truly trust he has been there and worked very fast on whatever I was needing in the help of my current case. He is by far the best lawyer in my eyes he takes away the stress of having to worry about your case because he... makes sure he fights for you to the end. He is highly respected and I know he will have my business if I ever need him again and I would refer him over any attorney in Tyler. He is affordable and he gets the job done just as good as anyone else I know .

Sad Case in Probate

My Aunt is in her seventies and she is executor of my dad's estate and hired this lawyer since his passing and they were in the same city and state when he passed on. He passed on in March of 2015 it is August 2019. He doesn't return calls so my Aunt tells me no I havent heard from him or tells me so...mething he says to buy him time enough to leave him alone for awhile. I decided to start calling and have had to download calling apps to change the number to a local number in Texas every time just so he would answer. He says he is in the process of finishing up and another year goes by. The funeral home was just paid last year in 2018. I don't know what he is doing with the money that rightfully belongs to my sister and me. It is rare that fathers can or even choose to actually leave something for their children without an insurance policy, but since ours did it would be seem the lawful ethical and proper thing to do to would be for this lawyer to release the money instead of string the beneficiaries along saying you should be getting your money in a few weeks to a month. Telling us his wife was in the hospital or sick as if my dad's family doesn't count. Money is paid to this lawyer for the work he has not done thoroughly how is this fair. I have solid proof of the things he has said and it has all been lies or excuses. I am very displeased and this man has shown a very rude character when we have spoken to him, as if we are getting on his nerves when he is supposed to be doing a job for my family. My opinion is he adds to the stereotype that people give to lawyers. I am sure he could care less. Its sad because dealing with my dad's death is hard enough but knowing he left us with a token of his love and there is a lawyer that has all this experience but we are left without what was left for us on top of dealing with this great loss.
