When the chips are down, don't mess around get the right guys for the job!

When I thought the chips where down and the odds where stacked against me, Mr. Files and Mr. Harrison had my back the entire way. Along with their OUTSTANDING legal team, they where able to protect my family and I's integrity. They walked us through every step of the way. Mr. Harrison was voice to th...e court when I thought I did not have one. No matter what the question or situation was they where there to intervene. They are truly a class act!

Without a doubt, the best attorney I could have used!

I was charged with a DWI, and needed the best representation. Mr. Harrison and Mr. Files fees are straight forward and weren't outrageously expensive. They were very clear that they would go above and beyond to get the best outcome of my case, which they succeeded in doing for me. The best decisio...n I could've made during this terrible time was choosing them as my attorney's. Aside from legal counseling, they were personal counsellors. Everyone at their office cares about you and will help you with anything, and are very easy to get in contact with! I am so thankful for these people and that I got to have them as my representation!

Fantastic

Extremely thorough and personable. He and Buck Files handled a felony case for me over 3 years ago, they not only worked my case well but also took measures to making sure I, personally, was on the right tract as well. He also represented me in the expunction of that felony arrest more recently. I co...uld not have been more pleased with the experience and outcome. I highly recommend he and his team. Kimberly is the sweetest assistant in the world and I enjoyed having the opportunity to work with her as well. In Smith county, having representation who has a working relationship with the local authorities make a world of difference. Their professionalism to add to that close relationship with Smith County set myself along with my cases up for an outcome that I could have only prayed for otherwise.

Thankful!

Mr. Harrison recently represented me for a case in Smith County, and I couldn't be more thankful for his service. I felt educated, well represented, and secure in every decision made throughout the trial. He and his assistant, Kimberly Thedford, went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure the ...best possible outcome for my charge and personal well-being. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of representation for legal advice and personal growth.

Mr. Harrison & Mr Files were recommended by my civil law firm in Dallas, whom I have been doing business with since the late 90s. A partner in that firm represented me in Tyler over a civil matter that was mediated & settled in late 2014 with a proximate business in Tyler. I thought that took care of ...everything & it did on the business side. Later on my wife answered our intercom system at our front gate & it was a constable trying to execute a warrant for my arrest on felony charges in Smith County (Tyler) and I was totally confused. Obviously I contacted my Dallas Law Firm & they contacted the constable on my behalf , and asked what his warrant was for. Once my Dallas lawyer found out what it was for he did some research & recommended two specific lawyers who are partners in the Tyler Law Firm of Bain,Files,Bain, Jarrett & Harrison. I contacted Mr. Files first and arranged a meeting with him & his partner , Mr. Harrison. After the meeting they told me that the Smith County D. A. had some very serious charges against me personally . They agreed to take on my case at a specific fee that I agreed to pay. In fact they worked with me regarding when that fee had to be fully paid which I needed as they also introduced me to a bail bondsman who wrote my bonds. It was expensive in both cases, but in my own opinion, money well spent! I remained out of jail on bond; yet I had to go to Tyler every two weeks to see my pretrial probation officer. From the first day I met with Mr. Files & Mr. Harrison they both have had my best interest at heart. Over the course of a year they negotiated a deal involving paying restitution to the people involved & gave me the choice of whether I wanted to pursue that option,or proceed to trial. I chose to 100% make restitution to the damaged party instead of facing trial on felony charges. Today, September 14th , we went before the Judge & the Smith County D.A. asked the Judge in my case to sign off on the agreement reached between all parties in the case , and dismiss all felony charges involved. Judge Russell agreed to sign the papers & dismissed the case. I am more than "Thankful " to put all this behind me & continue with my life. I also want to mention Kimberely Thefford of Bain,Files, Jarrett, Bain, & Harrison Law Firm ; that gal did not let me fail to know what was going on & what it meant to my case. I give the highest rating possible to each of those individuals. Sincerely, A Grateful Client!!!
