He never investigated anything or anyone,only cared about money.Iwas enhanced,never new be cause he never looked at my indictment,which I didn't get for 6months,refused to ask for a bond reduction,he told me he new alot of autistic people and they didn't have anger issues,always late to court,no inte...rest in representing me only $$$,Then refuses to give part of my money back,NOTHING WAS DONE TO DESERVE PAYMENT OF $2000

I recently found myself in need of a criminal defense attorney. I have never been in trouble before and was scared and expecting the worst. Francis gave me hope in what I felt to be a hopeless situation. Due to his extensive knowledge on ,and exceptional ability to understand the court system, laws, and by him always being prepared and ready to do whatever it took to defend and fight for me, he got one of my charges completely dismissed, and also was successful in his tireless arguments in the court, in getting me a deferred adjudication probation sentence on a third-degree felony charge that normally carries a prison sentence. Because of him I am at home with my husband and my kids and able to enjoy all of the priceless, precious, moments with my family that I would otherwise be missing if not for the countless number of hours and time he put in on my cases, trying to insure that my kids would not have to go years without their mother . That is priceless to me . I consider him not just my attorney but a friend also . There are not enough good things to say about this man. He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients because he genuinly cares about his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants someone who will represent and fight relentlessly for them, but who also cares about them as a client and a person.
