Kristen Jeanne Ishihara

Kristen Ishihara listened carefully during our initial meeting to quickly identify why our previous efforts to apply for elder assistance were unsucessful. She applied her broad knowledge of elder law to re-apply and received approval for Medicaid. She also prepared documents that were very helpful... in treating real assets in accordance with available state and federal laws. She prepared new documents to reflect a recent death in the family.
