Wonderful Results - TWICE!

We utilized the services of Ms. Doke twice - once when my husband adopted my two children and once when I received joint guardianship of my husband's disabled daughter. Ms. Doke's service was flawless (and very reasonably priced). We have an upcoming matter regarding our estate and we will definitely... be using Ms. Doke again.

Wow!

I was in what I thought was an impossible family situation but Sarah gave me hope from the first conversation. She was attentive to my case and me, available whenever I needed her and when I saw her in court I recognized how respected she was by other attorneys and judges. She assured me, calmed me a...nd encouraged me before and during each court appearance. My family is healthier and safer because of Sarah’s professional services and personal attention. I recommend Sarah without hesitation.

a poor evaluation

Sarah Dole mayby knowledgeable about the law,but when it comes to staying intouch with you during your case, getting you the necessary documents needed in a timely manner.she's lazy.when I first hired her I knew my law suite wasn't going to be easy.first few times I asked a question she answered.after... that, she failed to respond.at one point she refused contact with me and the courts.it got to the point I went to courts and inquired if they had heard from Sarah.and they said that hadn't been able to contact her,and there was other clients that was concerned about her as well. There was several times I couldn't get in touch with her,and were she failed to get my paperwork to me so I could see my daughter.very frustrating.then when at my trial she said financially we were even up to that point. Afterwards she failed to get me my papers. She was notified in plenty of time I needed certain documents and she failed to get them.but when it came down to gettn paid she was more than eager to receive payment, even when paperwork wasn't finished.but then she agreed to contacting the opposing attorney conceding the paperwork that hadn't been done. Then no word.had to pester wondering what's going on.she finally responds with. The document has been sent to the opposing atterney, will let you know when it here. A week later I get a letter concerning that necessary paperwork and she said she done it wrong, but here is a list of how to do it. We are legally finished. Is that supposed to be professional? I don't know what caused more turmoil in my life during my divorce.my lawyers lack of following threw or my ex-wife talking advantage of my lawyers lack of following threw. I. See on the guidelines here that unsopported accusations will not be supported.I saved all my texts from my lawyer and my ex. I have proof. But chances of this every being printed or accepted are slim and none. I know this.Sarah dike says no that's not what happened, and this is deleted. But on the slim chance it goes threw, then mabey this will make a difference.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
