For over twenty five years I have worked with families during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

As a credentialed MEDIATOR, I assist families in resolving disputes involving the difficult issues that arise from divorce and custody actions. In this voluntary process, I serve as an impartial "outsider" who will facilitate communication, reconciliation, settlement, and/or understanding. Through non-judgmental listening and respectful interactions, we will explore the underlying emotional issues and interests that motivate each participant so that by the end of our time together, the parties can craft a plan to move forward and/or resolve their legal issues.

As an ATTORNEY, I have represented children, parents, grandparents, and people who care about children. I have helped reunite families that have temporarily fallen apart and I have held the hands of families who have lost everything.

As a PARENTING FACILITATOR, I work with high conflict couples who need guidance in areas like child custody, parenting skills, conflict resolution, and scheduling. Thru a series of one-on-one meetings I can help you reduce misunderstandings, clarify priorities, develop parenting plans, settle disputes, practice effective parenting, build healthy relationships, prioritize your children, define step parent roles, minimize court intervention, share information, and most importantly, COMMUNICATE.
