to give him a 2 star rating would be an overeach. He won't return your calls. he sat on y case for a year and a half. Refund not returned.
I hired him and after my case was finalized over eight weeks ago, he has not provided me with a final itemized bill and a check for the remaining unused account balance. I have tried to contact him on several occasions and he never returns my phone calls.
