Alyson C. Brown

I am Board Certified, Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  My practice includes representation of companies and senior executives in a wide range of employment matters. I represent clients in a broad range of industries, including health care, financial services, high-tech, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, energy and nonprofit organizations. I regularly work with clients regarding trade secrets, confidential information and covenants not to compete.  My practice is a blend of employment law counseling, transactions and litigation. I assist clients with high risk scenarios including termination of senior executives, conducting internal investigations, and navigating fiduciary duty and departing employee concerns.  I have assisted many clients with regulatory investigations by such agencies as the DOL, EEOC, OSHA and TWC.  I regularly litigate claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and misappropriation of confidential information.  I have experience with all state and federal employment statutes and their accompanying regulations.
