Nichole Plagens joined Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. in 2012. While attending SMU’s Dedman School of Law, she was a member of the SMU Law Review, served on the Board of Advocates, and participated heavily in trial advocacy competitions. During law school she had the opportunity to intern with the U.S. Attorney’s office, the Honorable Reed O’Connor, and the Honorable Jorge A. Solis. Additionally, she participated in the Oxford University Summer Program, where she studied international human rights at University College, Oxford England.
In her free time, Nichole enjoys gourmet cooking, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her husband. She also gives back to the SMU law student community by coaching off-campus mock trial teams that compete in national competitions.
