About Jennifer
Biography
As a trial lawyer for more than 28 years, I am dedicated to helping protect the rights of employees when employers do not follow the law. I help individuals receive improved severance when they have been wrongfully terminated, or in filing a lawsuit for the wrongful termination. I also represent employees who have not been paid lawfully for the overtime work they have performed. I do this work on a contingency fee basis so that my clients do not pay unless I win.
I have received many honors and awards in my career: I have been named to the annual Texas Super Lawyers list every year since 2009; Best Lawyers has included me on its annual list of The Best Lawyers in America since 2016; and my firm has been included on the annual list of Best Lawyers' Best Law Firms since 2016 as well. I also hold a prestigious AV rating (the highest possible) from Martindale Hubbell.
