As a trial lawyer for more than 28 years, I am dedicated to helping protect the rights of employees when employers do not follow the law. I help individuals receive improved severance when they have been wrongfully terminated, or in filing a lawsuit for the wrongful termination. I also represent employees who have not been paid lawfully for the overtime work they have performed. I do this work on a contingency fee basis so that my clients do not pay unless I win.
