I worked with Ms. Kim a few years ago regarding a DWI charge. Obviously, this can be a very stressful time. Ms. Kim was very supportive and makes you feel at ease. She was able to get my license back without suspension and was even able to get my DWI dismissed! Fast forward a few years....Again she w...as able to get my license back without suspension.....Fingers crossed on the DWI charge. Ms. Kim is very approachable, supportive, and she works hard on your behalf, with a quick response anytime you have questions or if there are any updates on your case! She told me "Don't beat yourself up. Just take care of yourself and I'll take care of everything else"......and she means it! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

I was involved in a resisting arrest case that resulted from a failure to stop at a stop sign, escalating to a failure to sign a citation to resisting arrest. The incident took place in Sachse, TX so obviously the police officers were not too professional or civil and had a point to prove. After months of waiting for trial, community service, and an anger management course, we were able to get a prosecutor that was willing to listen to the defense side of it. Thanks to Dawna and her experienced insight, they finally dismissed the case.
