Tom is a lawyer of action rather than just words. I hired him for a non-subscriber work injury. Prior to Tom, I initially hired an attorney, who never kept me informed, never would return my phones and was basically a lawyer of inaction and did not seemed to care about my case. However, we Tom I... just the opposite. Tom has excellent knowledge in that he has worked in the real business world prior to becoming a lawyer. He can empathize with the client and his case. He immediately became active on my case and has worked out a plan of action and has kept me informed. I would recommend him and give him a five star rating. In my opinion he is a top gun as an attorney and rises above the lack of notification of case status and promptly returns phone calls.
