I hired Shawn because I had heard that he was a beast in the courtroom. Much to my surprise, he's more like dandelion. My case was very simple; defend the allegations from CPS against my wife and myself. We had the evidence for our case, statements from friends, family, and aquaintences, financial, h...abitual, and medical. Shawn didn't talk to anyone, for or against. He did little more than relay what the other attorney and judge said. WE WERE STANDING RIGHT THERE! I know what was said. We didn't need to pay someone to just stand there and play "telephone"!
