Meagan McNeely

Ms. McNeely received her undergraduate degree in International Studies from University of North Texas. After graduation, Ms. McNeely returned to her hometown of San Diego, where she worked in the non-profit sector and eventually transitioned into business management. She then obtained her post-graduate certificate in Business Litigation from the ABA Paralegal Program at University of San Diego, where she graduated with honors at the top of her cohort.

After working as a paralegal, Ms. McNeely attended The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. While earning her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, Ms. McNeely spent 2 ½ years as a lead intern at the law school’s Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, helping small business owners across Pennsylvania. During her time at Penn State Law, Ms. McNeely was editor of the Journal of Law and International Affairs Blog, was selected as a Leading Law Student and sat on the Board of a local non-profit, and served as an annual Legal Panelist for undergraduate startups. Ms. McNeely earned numerous certifications, and she was honored with the Penn State Law Dean’s List Merit Scholarship. She has a CALI Award for Contracts and a Specialized Certificate of Concentration in Corporate Law and Practice. Ms. McNeely passed the uniform bar exam and is admitted to practice in both Washington and Texas.

Since receiving her Juris Doctor, Ms. McNeely has worked extensively with small businesses and entrepreneurs, providing both legal and business support. Her background in business management gives her a unique perspective when helping to solve clients’ problems. She is well-versed in transactional law, specifically contracts, and is prepared to assist clients in their contracts and lawsuits regarding business matters. Ms. McNeely has a passion for assisting clients, and this is the driving force behind the Firm.

In her free time, Ms. McNeely enjoys indoor gardening, painting, cooking, cheering for Penn State football, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her two adorable cats, Bonnie and Bellatrix. Additionally, Ms. McNeely runs a supplemental bar prep program specifically for bar exam retakers, and mentors numerous law students and young attorneys.
