Mr. Coleman also represents taxpayers in Internal Revenue Service audits, appeals, and collection actions. Mr. Coleman has been admitted to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Bar, the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the District of Colorado, and the United States Tax Court.
